将.mo文件加载到文本域$ domain中。
如果文本域已经存在，则翻译将被合并。如果两个集合具有相同的字符串，则将采用原始值的转换。
成功后，.mo文件将被$ domain放在$ l10n全局文件中，并将成为MO对象。
